Richard is a qualified business advisor with a specialism in Social Enterprise. He is also and a personnel and training professional who qualified at Trent Polytechnic Nottingham and subsequently gained Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institiute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD) . He also has in MSc in Human Resource Development . He spent 15 years with British Rail leaving InterCity Fleet Engineering on privatisation. He also gained experience in the retail sector in a personnel and training role at Sainsbury's. He has extensive experience of delivering Business Start-up training.
Lin Hinson BA (Hons) MBA

Lin is emploment law solicitor. Lin gained her Law degree at the University of Nottingham and followed this by completing an MBA. Lin’s expertise enables her to advise on business risks, analyse options and provide solutions. She is an experienced business advisor and mentor and coach, she is passionate about empowering the individual to learn and develop.
Bill Husband BSc MA CertEd

Bill Husband is an experienced and dynamic consultant with senior management experience in the regeneration and further education (FE) sector and with an established track record in leading organisations through challenge and change. Skilled in achieving business improvements through effective leadership, performance management, strategic and business planning, QA, HR, and communications.
Having gained an MA in Lifelong Learning he recently completed the ILM level 5 Certificate as a Social Enterprise Business Adviser. He is currently a partner within High Performance Solutions Ltd, providing business coaching, personal coaching, management development and training to the Public, Private and Third Sector.
Dr Karim Meru MSc PhD Cert Ed

An experienced and engaging trainer Karim was educated at the University of Wales. He has a scientific background and spent several years working in market research for a large pharmaceutical company. He is also very experienced in Risk Management, Health & Safety, and First Aid in addition to his Information Technology expertise. He has also delivered NVQ Level 3 Business Start Up training.
