Supporting Social Enterprise

Arrowhead has developed a specialism in helping social enterprises. Two of our consultants have trained to  serve this specialist area. If you are not familiar with what is often called the third sector, a social enterprise is a business which trades for a social purpose. In many cases achieving the social aims of the business are seen as being as important as making a profit!

Whilst many traditional companies are constituted as companies limited by shares, a social enterprise may take any one of a number of forms. A Company Limited by Guarantee, an Industrial of Provident Society, a Co-operative or a CIC - some are trading arms of a Registered Charity!
